Thanks for taking a look at my charity sponsorship page.

In my 40th year, I wanted to achieve something that I never thought possible. A marathon!

I entered the ballot for the London Marathon, never really thinking that I would gain a place, but in October I received the ‘you’re in!’ magazine though my letterbox.

So on Sunday the 26th April 2015, I will be running the London Marathon!!

I wanted to use the occasion to raise money for a charity, and I decided to run for Remembering Not to Forget because it was set up by school friends and because of the focus of improving services in Somerset and the South West, the local area where I still live.

We also all know someone who has been affected by dementia, and the devastating impact this condition has.

I would be very grateful if you could sponsor me for the 26.2 mile challenge, however large or small the sum.
